-Great facilities. Has vending machines for drinks or essentials if needed, has storage lockers outside your room (with a refundable one euro lock system), and has kitchen with working induction and cutlery and big enough fridge. Very unique single-cubicle showers, sinks, and toilets on my floor which were always clean and functionable. Bins outside every room. Laundry service is cheap (3.50 euros for wash and 2 euros for tumble dry), and you have the option to hang up your clothes. Free water system with hot or cold options near kitchen, very useful during heatwaves. -My bed and room were comfortable and clean and had curtains, great for privacy. My room had a table and chair, and a pull up/down blind on the window for extra privacy. -Easy check-in and check-out, 24 hour staff, easy access during night hours. -Lovely staff, very approachable and friendly. Two had looked after my rings when I accidentally left them in the kitchen. There are also notices and cards offering discounts or attractions in the city centre. -Small but decent free breakfast option between 7:30-10:30am. -Near shops/cafes/restaurants and bus/metro, with a big supermarket just one metro stop/a few bus stops away from the hostel. Getting to Madrid city centre took 30-40 minutes by bus, and about 20-30 minutes by metro, with both transport systems reliable. It took 50 minutes by metro to get to the hostel from the airport, which is decent enough. -For 6 nights stay, it was cheap and very much worth the money for what you get in return. Would absolutely return again! -I don't know for the other rooms, but for room 9, I absolutely loved the fact that the plugs near the beds had USB ports and was an international all-in-one kind of plug, meaning that for someone with UK plugs like me I didn't need to use my adapter to charge!

The staff were really nice, the receptionist in the afternoon and the night shift receptionist were mainly nice and respectful and that’s something to value. Thank you for that and also for the good breakfast :). Besides, it is always nice when the place has an outside spot or even windows to fill the hostel with natural light and this hostel has it :) Regards!

The rooms are organized very comfortably so even if it's for 12 people there's enough space for everybody. Also, there are 4 bathrooms so I didn't have to wait for my turn. And one of the best things is breakfast which is included in the price: you can choose from many options, and the food here is fresh and tasty.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Facilities were more than enough, a small kitchen to cook and store your food etc. Room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable.

Clean and organized amenities. Easy check in, helpful staff. Breakfast is decent, location might not very central but there is a metro station few blocks away.
